Dubai Marina Mall: Smaller, Smarter, Right by the Water

Dubai Marina Mall is the small, polished mall right at the waterfront — four floors, 160 stores, direct access to Marina Walk and the yachts. It's the mall locals from the surrounding towers actually use, which gives it a different vibe from Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates.

What to expect

A manageable, well-lit mall with mid-range fashion (Zara, H&M, Mango), a Waitrose supermarket, Reel Cinemas, Virgin Megastore, Boots pharmacy, and a Starbucks reserve. No sprawling luxury wing. The dining terrace opens onto the Marina promenade — half the appeal.

Dining with a view

The terrace has Shakespeare & Co., The Scene (modern British), Massaad (Lebanese grill), and Social House — all with Marina skyline views at sunset. The Marina Walk itself has 20+ more restaurants a short stroll in either direction.

Combine with Marina Walk

The mall sits mid-way along Marina Walk, so you can shop for an hour, then walk the 7-kilometre promenade in one direction (Jumeirah Beach Residence) or the other (Dubai Harbour), with 50+ cafés along the way. Yacht boarding points are 2 minutes from the mall entrance.

Getting there

Dubai Tram to Marina Mall station (direct). Metro: Damac stop then 5-minute walk or free shuttle. By car: 3,500-space garage with first 4 hours free.

FAQ

Is Dubai Marina Mall different from The Dubai Mall?
Completely different — Marina Mall is 1/10th the size, no aquarium, more neighbourhood-feel, waterfront access.
